As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each customer is unique, and your tasks vary based on the customer's needs. You respect the customer's self-determination and privacy, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.About the PositionThe role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done. We prefer female applicants for the position, but the greatest emphasis is placed on personal suitability. We are now looking for someone who meets the following:

• Wants to work with a 33-year-old woman living in Skellefteå

• Has good knowledge of Swedish

• Is non-smoker

• If you have your own pets, it is very important that you can come to work without fur on your clothes

• Comes fragrance-free during work hours, as the customer is allergic to perfume

It is also meritorious if you:

• Have experience in personal assistance or equivalent work

• Have a driver's license and access to your own car

• Experience with aids such as breathing masks

• Share the customer's interests

Working Hours, Employment Rate, and Salary:The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" and the employment rate is 100%. The position involves work during daytime and evening hours on both weekdays and weekends. Working hours are scheduled as follows: Daytime from 7 AM to 4 PM and evening from 4 PM to 11 PM on weekdays. On weekends, daytime shifts are between 8 AM to 4 PM and evening from 4 PM to 11 PM or 4 PM to midnight. You work every other weekend. Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are made according to collective agreements.Start DateImmediately or according to agreement.

Being Employed at Humana

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present a valid ID and any documents that support your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
